doodle.ko-dit.com lets Google members create images from text and art styles. References below to dream diaries, device notifications and app settings concern mobile apps offering those features. They do not mean unused mobile-feature data is required for web use.

Conditions and review of results

Google members currently receive up to 10 web generations per day, resetting at midnight in Asia/Seoul. Devices using the same account share the allowance. Time and results vary with input, style and workload. Review accuracy, rights and suitability for publication or commercial use. Do not enter personal or confidential information or use the service for illegal content, sexual exploitation, impersonation or rights violations.

Deletion and support from the web

You do not need to install the mobile app to request access, correction or deletion. Use the account-deletion instructions or support email below. Provide only the minimum information identifying the service and account. Never send passwords, verification codes or tokens. After identity verification, the scope and outcome of the request will be explained.

These Terms set out the conditions for using doodlelist and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the service operator and users.

1. Definition of the Service

doodlelist is a service that allows users to write dream or journal text, generate AI images based on that text, view generation history, share results, submit reports, check notices, and manage notification settings.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Users may create an account or log in through methods provided by the service, such as guest login, Google login, or Apple login. Refresh tokens may be used to maintain sessions, and users are responsible for keeping their devices and account access secure.

Guest accounts may have limited recovery in situations such as device changes, app deletion, token loss, or long periods of inactivity. If account preservation is important, connecting a Google or Apple account is recommended.

3. User Content

User Content means content that users create or submit through the service, including dream text, report details, and AI-generated result images.

doodlelist may store, display, and process User Content within the scope necessary to provide the service, display generation history, enable sharing, handle reports, maintain safety, and process account closure. Users must have the necessary rights or lawful permission for the content they enter.

When account closure is completed, dream records and generated image data stored on the server are deleted. However, logs and consent records required by law or needed for dispute response may be retained within the necessary scope.

4. AI-Generated Output

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or include inappropriate expressions depending on the input, model characteristics, and operating environment. doodlelist does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated results.

Users must comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, app marketplace policies, and these Terms when using AI-generated output. If content is considered infringing or inappropriate, doodlelist may take necessary measures such as receiving reports, blocking, deleting, or restricting use.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Illegal acts, encouragement of crime, evasion of regulations, spam, or automated abuse
Hate, harassment, discrimination, defamation, impersonation, or attacks against others
Requests to generate sexual content, harmful content involving children or teenagers, excessive violence, or content encouraging self-harm or suicide
Entering or disclosing another person's personal, sensitive, or confidential information without authorization
Entering, generating, or sharing content that infringes copyrights, portrait rights, trademarks, or other third-party rights
Interfering with service security, stability, or normal operation, or calling APIs abnormally

6. Notifications

doodlelist may send notifications needed for service operation, security, generation job results, notices, and similar purposes. Marketing notifications are sent only with separate consent, and users may change receipt settings in device notification settings or app settings.

7. Account Withdrawal and Data Deletion

Users may close their account from the account withdrawal menu in app settings. When account closure is completed while logged in, refresh tokens are revoked and account and server data deletion begins automatically.

8. Use Restrictions

If a user violates laws, these Terms, or operating policies, or may harm service safety, doodlelist may take necessary measures such as deleting content, restricting generation, limiting notifications, or suspending the account.

9. Service Changes and Suspension

The service may be changed, temporarily suspended, or terminated in whole or in part for operational or technical reasons. Changes that materially affect users will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

doodlelist may limit liability for damages caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, external infrastructure failures, app marketplace or network failures, or reasons attributable to the user, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If liability cannot be excluded under law, or in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, applicable law will govern.

11. Changes to the Terms

doodlelist may change these Terms when necessary. When changes are made, we will provide notice of the effective date, reason for change, and key changes through in-service notices or other appropriate methods. Changes that are disadvantageous or important to users will be announced sufficiently in advance.
